applying some contemporary touches
built in 1949, this 3,000-square-foot home in the heart of Los Angeles had seen very few updates over the years. by converting a portion of the garage into a new mudroom and den and thoughtfully refreshing the home throughout, we gave it new life while preserving the character that made it special.
